We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Service Representative to create memorable experiences for our guests. This is a 2nd shift position Sunday-Wednesday 4-10/11 pm.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them through their visit
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges
- Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits clearly to enhance their shopping experience
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Upsell products and services to meet guest needs while maximizing sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks, ensuring product availability at all times
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures in retail or grocery store environments
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently and educate customers effectively
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
- Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Skilled in upselling techniques and retail math for accurate transactions and sales goals
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail sales best practices
- Basic math skills necessary for cash register operations and inventory management
- Experience in grocery store or retail environments preferred but not required
