Who We Are Looking For
We hire for attitude and train for skill. Experience is valued, but the right person comes first.
The Connector: You love chatting with patients, making them feel comfortable, and explaining the "why" behind their treatment. You aren't afraid to ask a happy patient for a google review or strike up a conversation with a parent at a school health fair.
The Detail-Oriented Pro: You take pride in your clinical work, from clean impressions or scans to precise wire adjustments.
The Flexible Team Player: You know a smooth clinic day relies on everyone helping each other - whether that's sterilization, restocking, or helping a teammate catch up. You understand that building a great practice sometimes happens after 5PM. You're willing to attend community events (with advanced notice) to represent our team.
The Growth-Minded: You're always looking for ways to improve, learn, and contribute to a positive culture.
The Clinical Pro: You have strong hands-on skills but understand that marketing is what allows us to keep treating patients.
Your Role & Impact

Reputation Management: (Google Reviews): Be our "review champion". Identify peak moments of patient happiness (like debond day) and guide patients to share their 5-star experiences online.
