What You'll Be DoingManufacturing Engineer
- Support manufacturing process improvements focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods.
- Improve CNC machining processes through tooling optimization and process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, routings, and standard work.
- Assist with equipment installations, fixtures, tooling improvements, and capital projects.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to achieve operational goals.
- Support new product introductions, process readiness activities, PFMEAs, and production launches.
- Utilize CAD/CAM and CNC programming software to support manufacturing operations.
Senior Manufacturing Engineer
In addition to the responsibilities above, Senior Manufacturing Engineers will:
- Lead larger-scale process improvement and manufacturing optimization projects.
- Drive strategic Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and manufacturing teams.
- Lead capital equipment implementation and advanced manufacturing projects.
- Serve as a key technical resource for complex production challenges.
- Identify and implement long-term improvements that increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience with CAD software.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Experience
- CNC machining and manufacturing process experience.
- Experience with Mastercam, WoodWOP, or similar CAD/CAM software.
- Experience supporting tooling, fixtures, equipment improvements, and process optimization.
- Exposure to capital projects and manufacturing automation.
- PFMEA, process validation, and new product launch experience.
Senior-Level Candidates
- 5+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience preferred.
- Proven success leading continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
