We are a privately owned, three-doctor, small animal practice in beautiful South Snohomish, just minutes away from stretches of local farms, rivers, and trails. We have three exam rooms, a large reception area, as well as a spacious upstairs breakroom and kitchen. You're also only a 15 min drive from downtown Snohomish, Woodinville, Everett, and Mill Creek.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in representing the clinic and delivering exceptional care to our patients. From the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Our team members are cross-trained to enhance both the client experience and their own professional growth.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Flexible attitude and work habits.
- Confident, professional client interaction, even under stress.
- Quickly learn vet terms and medications.
- Basic computer skills.
- Educate clients on basic animal care and routine procedures.
- Admit and discharge clients.
- Prepare health/immunization certificates, lab requests, euthanasia forms.
- Accurate payment transactions.
- Accurately and empathetically communicate estimates/treatment plans.
- Schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, text.
Requirements
- Recent veterinary customer service is a MUST
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (or ask for help when needed)
- Veterinary Medication Clerk License (or willingness to obtain)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
