About the Position
We are seeking a Bilingual Patient Coordinator to join our wellness program team and help coordinate the daily activities and services provided to program participants with chronic health conditions and chronic pain.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Coordinator, Medical Office Assistant, Medical Receptionist, Case Management Assistant, Healthcare Coordinator, or similar healthcare support role.
You do not need prior Workers' Compensation or wellness program experience. Training is provided.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with patients, healthcare providers, and staff.
What You'll Do
As a Patient Coordinator, you will help keep the program organized and make sure participants receive the services and support they need.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily patient and wellness program activities
- Assist participants with questions, concerns, and daily needs
- Schedule classes, appointments, activities, and services
- Coordinate transportation for participants
- Coordinate interpreter services
- Communicate with healthcare providers, instructors, staff, and outside service providers
- Monitor daily program schedules and provider activities
- Coordinate meals and other program logistics
- Maintain patient/program schedules and records
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks
- Maintain spreadsheets and documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Follow up on participant and provider needs
- Help resolve scheduling and service-related issues
- Assist with general office and program coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with participants
- Perform other administrative and coordination duties as needed

Schedule
This is a Part-Time to Full-Time position based on the program schedule.
During an active program, the position may require full-time hours. When the program is not in session, hours may decrease to part-time.
This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable with a schedule that varies depending on active program dates.
Please note: This is not a guaranteed full-time, year-round position.
Work Locations
This is an in-person position and may require working at our:
- Riverside location
- Santa Ana location
Candidates should be comfortable traveling between these locations as needed.
Compensation
$18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
