Resolve is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team. This role will work closely with residents, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to provide individualized nutrition care that supports overall health and quality of life.
- Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor residents' nutritional status and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, dietary, and therapy teams
- Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff
- Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support menu planning and dietary program initiatives
- Active Registered Dietitian credential (RD/RDN)
- Current state licensure (if required)
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
