Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Partner Onboarding & Integration Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the seamless onboarding of new partners and ensuring their successful integration into our systems. Duties
Partner Onboarding Support
- Assist in onboarding new trading partners (suppliers, carriers, customers) into TransportGistics’ XML/SFTP ecosystem.
- Validate inbound XML files against XSD schemas and business rules.
- Support SFTP connectivity setup, folder structures, and credential management.
- Run partner test cycles, track defects, and document results.
- Troubleshoot malformed XML, schema violations, and mapping discrepancies.
- Monitor daily message flows and identify errors or anomalies.
- Reprocess failed transactions following established runbooks.
- Maintain partner configuration notes and onboarding documentation.
- Communicate clearly with partners regarding testing, issues, and status updates.
Data Accuracy, Compliance & Transaction Support
- Play a role in ensuring customer transaction accuracy, supporting internal teams by validating data consistency across systems.
- Conduct basic account reconciliation to ensure customer‑related financial records are accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Maintain organized, audit‑ready documentation related to partner onboarding, transaction flows, and integration activities.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring documentation and data handling follow internal standards and controls.
Quality & Documentation
- Follow established data standards and validation steps.
- Update onboarding guides, checklists, and partner documentation as processes evolve.
- Support regression testing when schemas or mappings change.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding and support workflows.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- 1–2 years of experience in data operations, integration support, financial operations, or similar analytical roles.
- Understanding of XML structure, XSD validation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SFTP, secure file exchange, and structured data workflows.
- Experience with reconciliation or data validation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to XSD validation, XPath, or mapping tools.
- Experience with logistics documents (PO, ASN, Invoice).
- Understanding of supply‑chain, transportation, or ERP/WMS systems.
- Basic troubleshooting experience with integrations or data pipelines.

Pay: $55,226.76 - $67,692.44 per year
