Service Drive Greeter

Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Drive Greeter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional Mercedes-Benz experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greet customers promptly and warmly as they arrive in the service drive
- Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor
- Assist with vehicle check-in flow and help maintain an organized service drive
- Ensure every customer receives a professional and hospitable experience
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and support staff
- Offer amenities to guests and maintain a clean, welcoming customer lounge and drive area
- Assist with light administrative and customer service duties as needed
- Support the service team in creating an efficient and positive guest experience
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
