Locally owned restaurant company currently seeking qualified applicants to fill kitchen manager role in high volume restaurant in Henderson, Texas. The right candidate will be passionate about food service and have the ability to motivate others. Additionally, our organization is not your typical restaurant and we're searching for individuals with a passion for high quality food and exceptional hospitality. We're looking for an individual who has experience in restaurant management, has a go-getter personality, and is willing to go above and beyond for our guests. The ability to manage in both English and Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide employees with clear instructions.
- Oversee employees working in various areas of a restaurant.
- Order and coordinate deliveries of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Oversee lunch & dinner services.
- Follow health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Be a good communicator within the management team.
