Are you an outgoing, high-energy person who loves talking to people? We are looking for a Car Wash Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you are the face of our company. You will welcome guests, guide them to the right wash package, and teach them about the incredible value of our Monthly Wash Club. This is a fast-paced sales and customer service role, not a detailing job.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Educate customers at the kiosk about our monthly membership plans.
- Deliver Service: Greet every guest with a warm, high-energy smile and a helpful attitude.
- Guide Vehicles: Safely guide cars into the wash tunnel with clear hand signals.
- Maintain Quality: Keep the vacuum lanes and property clean, safe, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Sales Mindset: Comfortable asking for the sale and handling customer objections.
- People Person: Outgoing, friendly, and naturally confident talking to strangers.
- Reliable: On time for shifts and ready to work in an active, outdoor environment.
- Team Player: Works well with others and stays positive during busy hours.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (our busiest sales days).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
