Required Experience: 5 years of account management experience for an independent retail insurance agency
Required Licenses or Certifications:
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Life Insurance License
- Additional professional designations (CPCU, ARM, etc.) strongly recommended
Required Education: High school or equivalent
Required Language: English or Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Additional Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
- Computer literate, including superior knowledge of agency management software and proficient in Word and Excel
