Abercorn Dental is a luxury boutique dental practice in Savannah expanding our vision beyond exceptional dentistry into facial aesthetics and regenerative wellness.
We are looking for a licensed esthetician with an entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of our growing Facial Aesthetics Department.
This is not simply a position performing treatments.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a program, develop relationships with patients, create treatment plans, sell treatment, perform treatment, generate excitement, and help grow facial aesthetics into a major part of Abercorn Dental.
You will work directly with Dr. Roy Maynard and our Patient Care Advocate, Val, to develop a curated facial aesthetics and wellness experience centered around natural rejuvenation, skin quality, facial harmony, and exceptional patient care.
What You’ll Own
You will become the point person for facial aesthetics within Abercorn Dental, including:
- Performing comprehensive facial aesthetic consultations
- Identifying patient goals and recommending appropriate treatment plans
- Presenting and closing treatment packages
- Performing approved treatments using EMFACE and EXION by BTL
- Educating patients about facial rejuvenation, skin health, and maintenance
- Following up with prospective and existing aesthetic patients
- Creating an exceptional, luxury treatment experience
- Developing before-and-after photography and patient documentation
- Helping manage facial aesthetics inventory and supplies
- Tracking consultations, treatment acceptance, package sales, and follow-up
- Helping develop treatment packages, protocols, promotions, and patient experiences with Dr. Maynard and Val

You will help us create energy and awareness around facial aesthetics by:
- Hosting facial parties and aesthetic events
- Participating in patient appreciation and educational events
- Taking high-quality treatment, lifestyle, and social media photos
- Identifying opportunities for social media content
- Educating our existing dental patients about facial aesthetic services
- Following up with leads generated through events, social media, and our dental practices
- Helping develop creative ways to grow the Facial Aesthetics & Wellness program
Our existing patient base across Abercorn Dental, Georgetown Family Dental, and Georgetown Orthodontics creates a unique opportunity to introduce facial aesthetics to thousands of established patients.
Technology & Treatments
Our facial aesthetics program includes advanced technology from BTL Industries, including:
EMFACE
- Non-surgical facial lifting
- Facial muscle toning
- Skin tightening
- Facial rejuvenation and maintenance
EXION
- RF skin tightening
- Skin rejuvenation
- Texture improvement
- Hydration-focused treatments
- Advanced EXION treatments as training and protocols allow
Additional treatments may include microneedling and expanded facial rejuvenation services performed under appropriate doctor supervision.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- A licensed esthetician in Georgia
- Experienced in esthetics, medical esthetics, or a med spa environment
- Confident conducting consultations
- Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and pricing
- Comfortable asking for the sale and closing treatment packages
- Polished, professional, and warm with patients
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable being photographed and participating in social media content
- Interested in events, marketing, and patient education
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Excited by performance-based compensation
- Interested in helping build something, rather than simply stepping into an established treatment schedule
Experience with RF, microneedling, EMFACE, EXION, or other aesthetic devices is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Schedule
Part-Time
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The position has the opportunity to expand as patient demand and the department grow.
Compensation
The initial training and department launch period will be compensated at $25 per hour for approved training and onboarding time.
Following the initial launch period, the position transitions primarily to commission-based compensation based on collected aesthetic treatment revenue.
Our compensation structure is designed to reward someone who can successfully consult, convert, treat, retain, and grow the department, with increased earning potential as monthly aesthetic revenue grows.
Additional incentives are available for qualifying same-day treatment package closes.

We are not looking at facial aesthetics as a small add-on service.
