Position Overview
The Chief of Staff (Executive Leadership Team) serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, driving alignment, execution, and organizational effectiveness across the company. This role acts as a force multiplier—translating strategy into action, ensuring priorities are executed, and enabling leaders to operate at their highest level.
The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in optimizing cross-functional collaboration, enhancing operating discipline, and leading high-impact initiatives that advance the company’s growth, performance, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support & Leverage

Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO

Prepare briefings, presentations, and decision materials

Prioritize and filter incoming issues to ensure focus on highest-value activities

Represent the CEO in meetings and communications when appropriate
2. Strategic Planning & Execution

Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and refine company strategy and priorities

Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, KPIs, and accountability frameworks
-
Monitor and drive execution of key initiatives across departments

Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and proactively recommend solutions
3. Leadership Team Effectiveness

Support the effectiveness and alignment of the executive leadership team

Facilitate leadership meetings, offsites, and strategic discussions

Ensure clarity on priorities, ownership, and follow-through

Foster accountability and collaboration across functions
4. Cross-Functional Alignment

Drive coordination across operations, HR, finance, sales, and compliance
-
Break down silos and ensure alignment on company-wide initiatives
-
Resolve bottlenecks and accelerate decision-making
5. Operating Rhythm & Governance
-
Establish and manage the company’s operating cadence (staff meetings, business reviews, strategic updates)

Develop dashboards and reporting to track performance against goals

Ensure decisions are documented, communicated, and executed

Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and transparency
6. Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives

Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects (e.g., growth initiatives, operational improvements, organizational redesign)

Conduct analysis, scenario planning, and business case development

Step in to drive progress where ownership or clarity is lacking
7. Organizational Effectiveness & Talent

Partner with HR leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and leadership development

Support initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and performance
-
Identify opportunities to scale systems, processes, and capabilities
8. Communication & Engagement

Drive clear and consistent communication across the organization

Support company-wide messaging, leadership updates, and board materials
-
Ensure alignment between strategy, priorities, and messaging
Qualifications
-
8–15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or leadership roles
-
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
-
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
-
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

High level of discretion, judgment, and integrity
