POSITION SUMMARY
Mail and Inventory Specialist wanted to process time-sensitive customer material.
REQUIREMENTS
* Complete daily customer requests for materials.
* Review and update addresses that the system could not validate.
* Review customer requests for materials to ensure they are valid.
* Provide end of day reporting about the quantity of items completed each date.
* Manage the inventory of branded and unbranded materials for the department.
* Coordinate the printing of branded company material with the selected vendor.
* Assist in the review of printed materials to ensure it is accurate and complete.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
