Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, telemarketing, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess individual needs related to health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance products.
- Present tailored insurance solutions by clearly explaining policy features, benefits, and coverage options to clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining accurate records within CRM systems, processing applications, and tracking client interactions.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, exceptional customer service, and benefits administration support.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates related to health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial coverage.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Licensed in Property and Casualty in the State of Colorado.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in bilingual or multilingual settings.
- Knowledge of insurance products including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance; familiarity with insurance regulation is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management.
- Exceptional analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options.
- Customer relationship building expertise combined with outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly and professionally across diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in benefits administration or health insurance knowledge is advantageous.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
