Relia-Care Staffing Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide 1:1 dedicated care for an elementary school student in a Los Angeles Charter School for the full 2026/2027 school year.
Job Details:
- Position: 1:1 School Nurse (LVN)
- Setting: Elementary Charter School (Los Angeles)
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday -Friday (School Hours)
- Duration: Full 2026/2027 School Year
- Pay Rate: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated 1-on-1 nursing support throughout the school day.
- Monitor, manage, and care for the student's tracheostomy.
- Assist with pediatric daily care, medical routines, and safety in a school environment.
Requirements:
- Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- REQUIRED: Active CPR / BLS Certification.
- REQUIRED: Direct Tracheostomy care experience.
- Pediatric experience (experience working with children).
- Diabetic care experience is a plus (willing to train qualified candidates).
- Reliable transportation and strong communication skills.
