Evergreen Healthcare is hiring compassionate Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) fluent in Spanish to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting.
Qualifications of the Registered Nurse (RN):
- Valid and active RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 6 months of hands-on nursing experience.
- Pediatric nursing experience (preferred).
- Private duty nursing experience (preferred).
- Current CPR certification.
- Must be willing to provide in-home nursing care to patients.
- Bilingual preferred
Responsibilities of the Home Health Nurse (RN):
- Provide one-on-one patient care in a home environment.
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided in the system of record.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
- Promote health, provide education, and train family members.
