Job Summary

Duties
- Dispense prescription medications with precision, ensuring correct dosage, labeling, and patient instructions in accordance with pharmacy protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapy, considering pharmacology principles and physiology knowledge.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and modify treatment plans.
- Compounding medications such as capsules, suspensions and creams.
Requirements
- Valid pharmacist license with current registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Hands-on experience with compounding, aseptic techniques, drug regulation standards, and medication administration protocols a plus.
- Ability to effectively assess patients’ needs through patient service skills and apply clinical judgment for optimal outcomes.
