HomeAir Solutions is a locally owned home services company specializing in dryer vent cleaning, indoor air quality services, and homeowner maintenance programs.
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to help grow our presence in the Greater Cincinnati area. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and helping create systems and processes that support long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate new residential customers through direct sales and community outreach
- Build relationships with homeowners, community groups, and referral partners
- Track leads, sales activity, and customer follow-up
- Help develop sales processes and strategies
- Assist with recruiting and training future sales representatives as the company grows
- Represent HomeAir Solutions professionally in the community
Qualifications
- Door-to-door sales experience strongly preferred
- Previous sales experience required
- Leadership or team management experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation
- Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses
- Earnings potential based on experience and results
