Position Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator is the first and last point of contact for our patients, making this one of the most important roles in our office. You’ll help create an outstanding patient experience while keeping the office running efficiently through excellent customer service, organization, and communication.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and wants to be part of a supportive, positive team.
Responsibilities
● Welcome and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
● Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
● Schedule and manage patient appointments to maximize provider schedules
● Register new patients and maintain accurate records
● Verify insurance benefits and obtain referrals or authorizations
● Collect patient payments and review financial arrangements
● Maintain patient recall lists and appointment logs
● Communicate with patients using established office procedures and scripts
● Assist with general administrative duties
● Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
● Support the doctors and team with daily operations
Qualifications
Required
● High school diploma or GED
● Excellent customer service and communication skills
● Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Gmail
● Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required)
● Previous healthcare or chiropractic office experience
● Experience with insurance verification and authorizations
● Medical billing experience
● Experience using electronic medical records (EMR)
● Knowledge of medical terminology
Healthcare experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits
● $17–22 per hour, based on experience
● Monthly performance bonus opportunities
● Full-time position (30–40 hours per week).

Monday-8:15-6:00
Tuesday-8:15-6:00
Wednesday- 12:00-6:00
Thursday- 8:15-6:00
Friday-8:15-1:00
