Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales and profitability objectives; maintain high personal sales level and drive store results.
- Support the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse pool of talent.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to each guest.
- Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
- Monitor and meet the performance standard of Sunmerry core values and support a culture of growth and service.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Education : High School Diploma; AA degree, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
Minimum Experience : Two (2) years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant or fast-food.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with high self-confident and able to clearly communicate complex information.
- Demonstrated success in Training, Operation Development, and Customer Service
- Maintain and foster an owner mentality among self and all subordinating managers.
- Personal familiarity with daily store operation, from opening to closing.
- Hands on manager willing to get out of the office and work.
- Ability to work full-time, including nights and weekend hours.
- Mandarin speaking preferred
Pay: $21-$30 hourly
