Job Overview
We are a new health cafe and wellness center, looking for motivated, liked minded individuals to help us curate and provided high quality specialty coffee to our Hawaii community. We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages. Your expertise in coffee preparation and excellent customer service skills will contribute to an exceptional café experience. We are seed oil free, no artificial flavors and all organic ceremonial ingredients. Our goal is clear: to provide clean, nutritious, and wholesome foods and products, while encouraging people to eat well, live longer, and truly flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take drink and food orders accurately
- Prepare coffee, espresso, and tea beverages to standard recipes
- Operate coffee and espresso equipment (training provided)
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, customer areas, and equipment
- Restock supplies as needed
- Handle customer transactions using POS system
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 year barista experience minimum — and a willingness to learn
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
- Good communication and time management skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable and punctual

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
