Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description:
Operate and monitor processing and packaging equipment in a high-speed food manufacturing facility. Perform production tasks while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Rotating shifts required.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate/monitor production and packaging equipment

Perform line work, material handling, packaging, and inspections

Maintain product quality and food safety (GMP compliance)

Clean and sanitize equipment/work areas

Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate as needed

Record production data accurately

Follow safety procedures and support team operations
Requirements:

Production/manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
-
Ability to work rotating shifts (all three shifts)

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced work

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Basic troubleshooting skills

Ability to work in environments with heat, noise, and machinery
Preferred Qualifications:

Food manufacturing experience (e.g., confectionery)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hershey, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
