Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor patients' health by observing their physical and emotional condition, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Implement care plans as directed by healthcare providers, ensuring that each client's specific needs are met.
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Support individuals with disabilities by promoting independence while ensuring their safety.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and care plans is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care in home or community settings.
