Warehouse Manager — Core Responsibilities
1. Manage and direct a small warehouse team of approximately 5–10 employees
2. Oversee daily warehouse operations and priorities
3. Perform and manage cycle counts and inventory accuracy
4. Assist with dispatching drivers and scheduling deliveries
5. Oversee pulling, staging, loading, and unloading orders
6. Make sure orders are accurate and ready for delivery or customer pickup
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
8. Enforce company safety procedures and participate in safety meetings
9. Help identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
10. Assist with inventory and purchasing needs as assigned
11. Help train employees and maintain accountability and productivity
12. Work hands-on with the warehouse team when needed
Basic Requirements
2+ years warehouse leadership or management experience a plus
Comfortable managing a small team
Basic computer, spreadsheet, and inventory software skills
Able to safely lift 50+ lbs. and work on your feet
Forklift/material-handling experience preferred
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
