What You'll Do:
Prep ingredients (chopping, portioning, marinating) before service
Cook and plate menu items to spec
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen station
Follow food safety and storage guidelines
Restock and rotate inventory as needed
Work as part of a team to keep service fast and smooth
What We're Looking For:
Prior kitchen or prep cook experience preferred (not required)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Willingness to learn our recipes and standards
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
