Analyze drawings, specifications, and construction documents to prepare accurate time, cost, material, and labor estimates
Compute costs for materials, equipment, subcontracted work, and labor across commercial projects
Develop procurement strategies and build strong subcontractor and supplier relationships
Perform Value Management and prepare budget estimates and project schedules
Requirements
5+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Estimator preferred
Proficiency in Destiny (Beck Technology) Estimating Software preferred
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills
