Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to target businesses, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in merchant services.
- Engage prospects with clear, confident communication about our payment processing solutions, emphasizing their benefits and value propositions.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget considerations, and decision-making processes to ensure appointment quality.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with decision-makers, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in our CRM software.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and maximize appointment opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment setting success rates.
- Track call activity, appointment metrics, and lead progress using a CRM and other sales technology tools to ensure transparent reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development within the merchant services or technology sales industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling, and deal closing within a B2B sales environment.
- Knowledge of sales technology adoption, consultative selling techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for meeting targets.
