A leading agriculture company based in King City is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join a small, hands-on Human Resources team. This is a generalist support role ideal for someone who has a background in administrative assistance or has some human resources experience who wants broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compliance, and seasonal hiring cycles.
Responsibilities

Process new hire paperwork and lead onboarding and offboarding for a variable, seasonally driven workforce

Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and generate routine HR reports

Support seasonal and year-round recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters

Assist with benefits administration and serve as a first point of contact for employee questions during open enrollment

Track training completions and employee certifications

Partner with operations and field supervisors on day-to-day HR needs
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalency required

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
