Duties
- Safely load, transport, and unload hot tubs using box trucks or specialized equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with the assembly, disassembly, and installation of hot tubs at customer locations.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform minor repairs or adjustments on hot tubs, including appliance repair related to refrigeration or HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret technical schematics to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, and delivery logs for accountability.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, refrigeration, HVAC systems, or electrical work.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes.
- Prior experience as a delivery driver or in field service roles involving box trucks or similar vehicles.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic assembly skills for hot tubs or related equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment repair techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
