Build Your Career While Making a Meaningful Impact
Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services is growing, and we are seeking dependable, compassionate, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team.
At CABATS, we believe RBTs should have more than just a client assignment. Our goal is to provide consistent hours, strong clinical supervision, professional development, and opportunities for long-term career growth.
As a multidisciplinary organization providing ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy, our RBTs have the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment focused on providing exceptional services to children, adolescents, and young adults.

Health Insurance
Eligible employees have access to health insurance, providing an important benefit for team members seeking long-term stability with our organization.
Guaranteed Hours Program
Eligible part-time RBTs scheduled for approximately 20 hours per week may qualify for our 20-Hour Guaranteed Pay Program, providing additional income stability when qualifying client cancellations occur.
Guaranteed hours are contingent upon attendance, availability, performance, and program eligibility requirements.
Consistent Client Assignments
We prioritize consistency between RBTs and their assigned clients whenever possible. Stable assignments allow technicians to build meaningful rapport, understand their clients, and contribute to long-term progress.
