Schedule
- Monday–Friday (afternoon availability required)
- Sessions typically begin after 4:00 PM
- Consistent weekly schedule based on client assignment
- 20-hour weekly guarantee
- RBT Training
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect and track accurate data on client progress
- Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement systems
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- ABA experience preferred but not required
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Strong communication and willingness to grow
Training & Growth
