Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
- Build relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, challenges, and business needs.
- Present customized digital marketing and business solutions using a consultative sales approach.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
- Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
- Stay current on industry trends and continuously expand your knowledge of our services and solutions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls, networking, and conducting virtual meetings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using CRM software to manage opportunities and customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling digital marketing, websites, technology, SaaS, professional services, or other business solutions.
- Experience selling to business owners, executives, or other decision-makers.
- Experience managing a complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Ability to quickly understand business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)
- Uncapped commission
- Performance-based earning potential
Work Environment
- Full-time, on-site position - Travel to our Kirkland, Lynnwood and Seattle offices required.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
