Warehouse / Shipping Associate
Promo Depot is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse / Shipping Associate to join our team. This position supports daily warehouse operations, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and general production support.
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes staying active, working with a team, and making sure orders are packed accurately and shipped on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Review packing lists and verify product quantities
- Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and inventory control
- Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Prepare shipping labels and coordinate outgoing shipments
- Identify order issues, shortages, or damaged items and communicate them quickly
- Support production, fulfillment, and event-related shipping needs
- Follow internal processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
Ideal Candidate
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard
- Comfortable being on your feet and lifting boxes throughout the day
- Detail-oriented and able to follow step-by-step instructions
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Prior warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred
Requirements
- Ability to lift boxes and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer or tablet skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to work on-site during scheduled business hours
Hiring Process
Promo Depot is moving quickly to fill this role and will be hosting a scheduled hiring open house for selected applicants, July 1st.
Qualified candidates may be invited to attend a structured in-person hiring session. The session may include a brief company overview, role discussion, group Q&A, a short role-specific exercise, and possible same-day follow-up conversations with selected candidates.
Attendance will be by invitation and scheduled time only.
