Elite Endodontics Studio is seeking an experienced, reliable Endodontic Assistant to join our specialty practice. This role is well-suited for someone who values efficiency, precision, and excellent patient care and who is interested in growing with a practice over time.
Schedule & Hours
Structured Ramp-Up Role with Full-Time Growth
Initial Schedule (Opening Phase):
- Mondays: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Growth Plan:
- Additional clinical days added progressively
- Clear transition to a full-time schedule over the next year
Experience Requirements
- Dental assisting experience required
- Endodontic assisting experience preferred
- Must be comfortable assisting with root canal therapy and specialty procedures
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during endodontic procedures
- Room setup and breakdown following infection control and sterilization protocols
- Preparing instruments, materials, and operatories
- Taking digital radiographs (CBCT experience a plus)
- Supporting patient comfort and efficient clinical flow
- Assisting the doctor and clinical team as needed
Qualifications
- Dental assisting experience required
- Endodontic experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Calm, professional demeanor—especially with anxious patients
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Compensation
- $22–26 per hour, based on experience
- Opportunity for growth as the schedule expands
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
