Position Overview The Breakfast Greeter is the first friendly face our guests see each morning. This role is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, managing guest flow into the breakfast area, and supporting the breakfast team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is upbeat, attentive, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities
Greet every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
Manage the flow of guests entering the breakfast area, including waitlists when needed
Provide basic information about breakfast offerings, hours, seating, and hotel amenities
Assist guests with seating, special requests, and accessibility needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and dining area
Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure tables are ready and guest needs are met
Monitor breakfast supplies and notify staff when items need replenishing
Address guest questions or concerns promptly and courteously
Uphold all hotel safety, sanitation, and service standards
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Friendly, positive attitude with a genuine desire to help guests
Ability to stay calm and organized during busy morning periods
Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the dining area
Schedule & Environment
This position primarily works early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced but supportive team environment.
