Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Hotel Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by actively engaging with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting our hotel’s offerings. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help us expand our reach and deliver outstanding service to our guests. Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase hotel amenities and services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize revenue potential
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking leads, managing territory sales, and analyzing sales data
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that attract new business and enhance brand visibility
- Maintain comprehensive territory management by identifying target markets and executing strategic outreach initiatives
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or management roles within the hospitality or technology sales sectors
- Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals effectively
- Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills to build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Ability to conduct product demos, upsell services, and analyze sales performance data
- Demonstrated success in territory management, inside sales, and direct sales strategies
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate market trends and identify growth opportunities
