We are seeking a hands-on Front Desk Leader / Office Manager who takes ownership of the schedule and drives results. This is not a sit-back leadership role—we’re looking for a true “doer” who leads from the front, manages daily operations, and ensures a productive, efficient office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the daily schedule to ensure maximum productivity
- Perform all front desk duties, including patient check-in/check-out and handling phones
- Lead by example with 50+ outbound calls per day
- Drive a minimum of 5 CareCredit applications daily
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment and missed appointments
- Maintain strong communication between patients, providers, and team members
- Ensure smooth patient flow and an exceptional patient experience

- Dental experience preferred, but strong leaders from similar industries will be considered
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay (based on experience – open to negotiation for top performers)
- Retention Bonus: $1,500 total
- $500 at 90 days
- $1,000 at 8 months
