Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment around the worksite
- Assist in the installation of both concrete and vinyl pools, ensuring high-quality work that meets customer expectations
- Support team members with basic construction tasks as directed
- Operate simple tools and machinery following safety protocols
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Help with site preparation, including setting up work zones and staging materials
- Conduct routine inspections to identify hazards or maintenance needs and report them promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in pool installation or a related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
