Phoenix Exteriors is hiring a Solar Sales Director in Chicago, IL, with base pay of $100,000 to $125,000 per year and total on-target earnings reaching $150,000 to $250,000 or more annually with team performance commissions. You will recruit, lead, and grow a field sales team selling the complete Tesla residential ecosystem across the Greater Chicago area.

What You Will Do Each Day
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing field sales representatives.
- Run daily sales meetings and provide hands-on field training and coaching.
- Manage high-intent neighborhood campaigns across the Greater Chicago area.
- Lead reps through the full Tesla product suite, from Solar Roof to Powerwall to Wall Connector.
- Drive team volume to hit aggressive growth targets.
- Maintain CRM accountability and team operational discipline.
