Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Psychologist
Full-Time or Part-time schedule available with preference given to Full-time candidates. Qualified part-time clinicians may be considered for a shared schedule of approximately 20 hours per week.
Location: Anaconda, Montana
Pay: $28–$34 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Hours: 40 per week

Heart Centered Health is seeking a Montana-licensed Clinical Social Worker or Psychologist to provide on-site mental health services for young adults ages 16-24 in a residential education and workforce-development setting.

Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and intake reviews
- Provide brief therapy, crisis intervention, and case management
- Develop treatment and chronic-care plans
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Provide mental health education and wellness programming
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Montana LCSW or psychologist license
- Authorized to practice independently without supervision
- At least one year of experience working with adolescents or young adults
- Strong assessment, documentation, and crisis-intervention skills
- Ability to pass required background screening
