As a Drain Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and clearing drain and sewer stoppages in residential and light commercial systems. You'll use industry-leading equipment to provide effective solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also identify opportunities for additional services, including sewer inspections and camera services, helping customers protect their homes and properties.
What You'll Do
- Perform drain cleaning, cable work, and hydro jetting services for residential and light commercial customers.
- Diagnose drain and sewer issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Educate customers on findings and explain service options clearly and professionally.
- Build trust and rapport with customers while delivering an outstanding service experience.
- Identify potential issues that may lead to future system failures and provide preventative recommendations.
- Maintain accurate paperwork, invoices, and customer records.
- Keep company vehicles stocked, organized, and clean.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with teammates and office staff to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of drain cleaning experience preferred.
- Experience using hydro jets, electric snakes, sewer cameras, or similar drain-cleaning equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow within the trades.

Pay Range: $60,000-$100,000 (base hourly rate plus commission)
