As a Client Sales Assistant, you’ll dive into developing sales skills that better equip you to excel in sales and enrollment for trusted connectivity brands. Through in-person sales consultations, the Client Sales Assistant guides our clients through the enrollment process, highlighting how high-speed internet and mobile plans can transform their daily lives.
Core Functions of the Client Sales Assistant
- Start in-person sales conversations by uncovering connectivity gaps and positioning fiber service upgrades and service changes as the solution for uninterrupted online living
- Assess usage patterns to recommend the most suitable service tier that balances speed and affordability
- Clarify enrollment steps, contract transitions, and installation timelines in simple terms, easing client concerns and building confidence in the switch
- Maintain enrollment profile accuracy, ensure compliance with Client Sales Assistant sales standards, and reinforce client trust
- Introduce premium add‑ons, such as entertainment bundles or device protection, organically during enrollment, maximizing account value without pressure
- Represent the brand and Client Sales Assistant position with professionalism, turning skepticism into loyalty through listening and transparent communication
