VERDI Motors Inc. is a fast-growing electric vehicle company specializing in premium golf carts and low-speed vehicles (LSVs). We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics & Forklift Specialist to support daily warehouse, production, and shipping operations.
This role is responsible for staging carts for production, moving inventory safely and accurately, preparing outgoing shipments, and helping keep warehouse operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, careful, efficient, dependable, and understands the importance of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Stage carts and materials for production each morning
- Pull the correct carts and inventory according to production schedules and shipping paperwork
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
- Assist with inventory organization and warehouse operations
- Verify cart and inventory locations to ensure accuracy
- Help prepare outgoing shipments and dealer orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Identify and report damaged inventory or operational issues
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, automotive, powersports, or related industries preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to read and follow invoices, shipping paperwork, and production schedules
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to safely move and handle high-value products and equipment

- Inventory and carts are moved accurately and efficiently
- Minimal product damage and handling errors
