This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for developing relationships in the community and professional spheres and converting them and their referrals into appointments through personalized follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound leads through calls, texts, and emails
- Convert leads into appointments using a consistent, systemized follow-up process
- Document and manage leads in the CRM
- Assign and route leads appropriately
- Stay organized while managing a constant flow of new leads daily
Qualifications and Experience:
- A high school diploma
- 1+ years’ experience (or relevant internship) in a customer-facing role a plus (training provided)
- Persistence to achieve a high volume of outbound activity each day while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
- A willingness to implement feedback and coaching to improve conversion rates
- The ability to multi-task while working in fast-paced environment
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high-volume pace
- Intense motivation and creativity to successfully reach prospects and create meetings

Supplemental pay types:
- Base salary is $50,000 and bonuses can get you reasonably to $80,000
