Skinlogic is a boutique-medical spa located in the heart of Severna Park that offers a variety of aesthetic treatments and services. We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed medical aesthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional client experiences. This position requires expertise in high-end medical facial treatments, advanced aesthetic procedures, and medical-grade skincare products. The candidate must be highly self-motivated to obtain and retain clients, prioritize client satisfaction and follow-up, have incredible attention to detail and ability to multi-task, and a passion to deliver high-level, exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and other advanced skincare treatments.
- Conduct in-depth skin analysis and recommend personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide education on skincare products and post-treatment care to enhance client results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room following sanitation and safety protocols.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, medical spa treatments, and industry advancements.
- Work collaboratively with the medical supervisor and team to deliver integrated skincare solutions and develop post-treatment skin care regimens to help maximize results.
- Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
- Assist front office staff on developing and creating media content to promote on all social platforms.
Skills
- Valid Aesthetician License in Maryland.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-end spa, medical spa, or dermatology setting.
- Extensive knowledge of skin biology, medical-grade skincare products, and advanced aesthetic treatments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively and respectively as a team member with staff.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
