Family Achievement Center of Central Minnesota (FAC-CMN) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary pediatric clinic. About FAC-CMN
FAC-CMN provides occupational, speech, and physical services to infants through teens, both in person and via telehealth. Our multidisciplinary approach supports creativity, teamwork, and professional growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support child and family goals
- Educate and engage families and caregivers
- Deliver services in clinic and via telehealth as appropriate
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Minnesota COTA license required
- NBCOT certification required
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Minnesota Department of Education license a plus
