Job Summary
You will package beef jerky (cane seca) overlooking the small details. You will wear a white gown, gloves , hair net, mask , and protective shoe gloves. No acrylic nails either.
Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery and hand tools efficiently to assemble and package products according to specifications.
- Ensure all packaging processes comply with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to maintain product integrity and safety. .
- Maintain accurate documentation of packaging activities, including batch numbers and production logs.
- Assist with assembly tasks as needed, supporting continuous workflow in the manufacturing environment.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of mechanical equipment and adherence to warehouse safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred; familiarity with packaging processes is a plus..
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
