Premier Orthopedics Physical Therapy – Riverside, CA
Premier Orthopedics Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Director of Physical Therapy to lead our Riverside clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a physical therapist who is passionate about patient care, team leadership, clinical excellence, and helping grow a high-quality orthopedic physical therapy program.
The Clinical Director will oversee daily clinic operations, provide direct patient care, mentor clinical staff, and ensure that our patients receive exceptional, evidence-based treatment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of hands-on patient care and leadership responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for orthopedic patients.
Lead, mentor, and support physical therapist assistants, aides, and support staff.
Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture.
Monitor clinical documentation, compliance, patient outcomes, and staff performance.
Assist with schedule management, patient flow, and provider utilization.
Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and leadership to support clinic growth.
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and state/federal regulations.
Participate in staff training, performance feedback, and ongoing clinical development.
Qualifications:
Current California Physical Therapist license in good standing.
Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
Orthopedic outpatient experience required.
Prior leadership, management, or clinic director experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead by example while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced orthopedic clinic environment.
