We’re currently hiring Front Desk Agents to join us for the 2026 season.
Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests checking in to Bayview Resort. You’ll help create a welcoming, memorable experience by managing reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Manage reservations via phone, email, and booking software
- Answer guest questions and provide recommendations for local dining, beaches, and attractions
- Handle payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
- Assist with general administrative and guest service tasks
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and reservation systems (training provided)
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for the full season (May through mid-October)
- Weekend and holiday availability required
