Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive or Telecaller specializing in Steel Detailing or from Metal works, fabrication industry to join our sales team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by developing strong client relationships and closing high-value deals within the steel detailing industry. Your energetic approach and technical proficiency will empower you to identify new opportunities, present compelling product demonstrations, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their steel detailing requirements and present customized solutions that align with their project goals.
- Conduct technical sales through cold calling, presentations, demos, and solution discussions to showcase the value of our steel detailing services.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive communication, exceptional customer support, and strategic business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet client specifications and expectations.
- Close deals by negotiating terms effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
Experience
- Proven track record in technical sales within a steel environment, preferably in industries related to steel detailing or construction technology.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or excel for managing customer relationships and sales processes efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability in cross-functional collaboration involving project management teams, client support staff, and technical specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and translating them into an appointment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients while showcasing technical expertise in deal closing scenarios within a fast-paced sales environment.
